The Natural Way BV

The Natural Way was founded in 2017 by Laura Cleirens. She runs her webshop from the Waasland and produces and sells her exclusive range of 100% natural, sustainable care products for horses.
Specialized in the natural treatment of horses with itching and skin complaints: summer eczema , mud fever and CPL .

Based on a horse and environmentally friendly vision, pure and organic raw materials are chosen to guarantee the highest product quality and safety. In addition , ecological packaging materials are used that are recycled and recyclable, second-hand filling material and orders are brought to the post office by bicycle every day.

We already serve our customers in 6 European destinations: Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain and Portugal.

Laura Cleirens

Laura Cleirens is the driving force behind The Natural Way. She is a certified herbalist, aromatherapist and nature guide and looks back on a career as a sports massage therapist for horses (sports massage, acupressure, fascia release, physio taping,...)

Over the years she developed a holistic vision in her treatments, advice and dealing with horses.

She specializes in the natural treatment of horses with itching and skin complaints: summer eczema , mug and CPL .

At the age of only 10, Laura started collecting wild plants, started a herbarium and learned independently from herbal books about their healing powers.
Her first pony, Beauty, rubbed his mane and tail lightly, but Shetland pony Yorim, who she took for a ride every Sunday, rubbed until she bled. All kinds of products and injections could not cope with the predominant itching.
At that moment Laura already decided that she was going to rid horses of sweet itch and started with her herbal concoctions.

Talk about a mission!

As an eternal student, Laura curiously continues her search for new knowledge and answers. She therefore believes that every problem can be solved when the puzzle pieces fit together. The Natural Way was born from this passion and love.

Every day she enjoys being together with her 3 beautiful mares: Nevada, Bras and Ika - her carefree summer eczema - and her half farm of animals.
