With whom does The Natural Way share your personal data?

How long will The Natural Way keep your personal data?
The Natural Way will not keep your personal data for longer than necessary. In principle, your customer data will be kept for one year after the termination of the customer relationship.
If you receive promotions and general information about the sector via a newsletter or other means of communication, your first name, name, gender, e-mail address will be kept until the moment you unsubscribe when you are not a customer.
Furthermore, The Natural Way retains the personal data necessary to comply with legal provisions such as tax provisions relating to data retention. The Natural Way will therefore keep the relevant data for up to 7 years after the conclusion of an order. The Natural Way also retains the necessary data for safeguarding its rights in the event of disputes (10 years for contractual liability, in the event of legal action: until the end of the proceedings).
After the expiry of the retention period, the data will be deleted.
What rights do you have?
You have several rights:
