The Natural Way offers one FREE local collection option at B-9120 Melsele, where collection is usually possible within 24 hours.

Orders placed Mon-Fri before 9am are prepared for pick-up on the same day.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order is ready for collection.

Delivery conditions

Orders are handed over to PostNL every Monday to Friday. We are not liable for delays by the delivery driver. Orders placed before 9am will be dispatched the same day.

Shipping costs are calculated in the shopping basket before you checkout.

You usually receive your order within 1-2 working days (BE and NL) after purchase. The parcel will be delivered to your home once. You are not at home? Then the parcel will be offered to a neighbour or it will go directly to a PostNL collection point. You have 10 calendar days to collect your parcel. If you do not collect the parcel on time, it will automatically be returned to The Natural Way. If you wish to have the parcel sent again, you will be charged the shipping costs that The Natural Way applies for standard home delivery. Only shipments can be sent to standard home addresses and PostNL collection locations. PO boxes and reply numbers are not accepted as addresses.
